
Session prep guide
For your hypnotherapy and
regression therapy sessions
Your session will take place online via Zoom. Allow enough time before the session to arrive early and some time afterwards to integrate the session – this allows a deep, meaningful and immersive experience. We will explore your subconscious mind to access past life memories, connect with your Higher Self, and facilitate emotional release and healing.

How to prepare for your hypnotherapy and regression therapy session
1. Create a quiet space
Find a comfortable, private space with no distractions. Ensure you have a strong internet connection, headphones, a good camera and a comfortable position to fully relax.
2. Set your intention
Reflect on what change you want to create in your life – are you seeking clarity, find healing or clear patterns and blocks? Setting a clear intention gives your subconscious mind a path to follow.
3. Hydrate and rest well
Drink plenty of water the day before and get a good night's sleep. This helps your energy flow more smoothly during the session.
4. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, drugs and heavy meals
A light, plant-based meal (ideally) before the session will keep your body relaxed and your mind clear.
5. Bring your list of questions
Have ready 10–20 questions you want to know about yourself, your life, your relationships, career, health, spiritual path, soul’s journey and metaphysical topics. Ensure they are relevant to you.

Hypnosis induction
You'll be guided into a deep relaxed state where your mind will enter the Alpha and Theta brainwave states.
